How It Works

Welcome to DINGit where your feedback is heard! Your voice matters and every tip you share with individual employees and businesses go where they can make a difference. Acknowledge hard work of employees, offer your ideas to enhance businesses and services, and keep the lines of communication open with the places you love. Together, we can create a community that thrives on shared experiences and mutual support!

Step 1 : DOWNLOAD

  • Download our DINGit app from Google Play or the App Store onto your mobile device.

Step 2 : CREATE FREE ACCOUNT

  • Create your personal account to track feedback for your thoughts shared via DINGit and look for coupons and offers from your favorite businesses.  You can also track rewards and coupons, if the business participates in this way.  DINGit is a secure platform where you can link your debit card to your personal DINGit account for future use and pay for services and purchases and tip the establishment and/or a specific employee who brought a smile to your day.

Step 3 : IDENTIFY CORRECT QR CODE

  • Your participating Service Provider (Server, Housekeeper, Delivery Person, Salon Specialist etc) will provide their unique QR Code.  It may be on a receipt, sticker, table display, card, or other medium.

Step 4 : SCAN QR CODE  or Find Employee Name

  • Scan the QR Code to pay, tip and give feedback about your experience.  It's quick and easy. If you are unable to find the QR Code, you can look up the business on DINGit's Directory for participating businesses and look up the employee you would like to tip or give overall feedback.

Step 1 : LEAVE A REVIEW AND/OR TIP

  • After you locate the business and employee, click "Leave A Review".  This will open the Employee Review page.

​

  • You will see the option to "Add a Tip".

​

  • Next Click "Post Review"; this will take you to the Payment Page

​

  • Choose your payment

​

  • Click "Pay" (The process is complete when your screen returns to "Reviews" page

​

  • You will see your final tip under the employee's name and a dollar bill icon next to your icon or next to the DINGit ratings as the Reviewer.
