Step 1 : DOWNLOAD
Download our DINGit app onto your mobile device from Google Play or the App Store. Create your business account. Provide your business details and upload your logo and images to showcase in the directory and business pages. Your business pages include a listing of services and menu items so customers will have an idea or know in advance what they wish to request when they arrive or when they call to set an appointment.

Step 2 : SEND LINK TO ADD EMPLOYEES
Add employees by sending a link via email so they can create their personal account to receive feedback and tips. As employees are added, DINGit will automatically assign a QR code unique to each person.

Step 3 : DECIDE HOW TO SHARE QR CODE
You decide how to display the QR code(s) to the client. It may be placed on a receipt, screen, sticker, table display, card, or other medium. Clients will scan the QR code and proceed to giving feedback and tip(s).

Step 4 : DISCOVER CONNECTION OPPORTUNITIES
Employees receive feedback and tips directly, in real-time as shared by client. This is also opportunity for timely training.
